Want to help get Sarah's name on the ballot? Follow these steps to get started!
- Print your petition. You can download the petition form on this web page and print from the convenience of home.
- Fill out the county. This is important! In the top box on the petition form, there is a blank space at the bottom right corner. This is where you will write the name of the county you’re collecting signatures in. All signatures on a single petition page must come from the same county.
- Collect signatures in your county! Friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, anyone in your network who meets the guidelines below can sign your petition.
- Who can sign a petition? Any eligible voter can sign a petition, as long as they live in the county you wrote in the blank space. Signers must be U.S. citizens, Iowa residents, and 18 years of age or older.
- Return your signatures. You can mail your signatures to:

If you do not live in one of these counties please do not collect petitions for Sarah.
